“Im only thinking about winning the final”

In the area of sports psychology, positive focus is held as being very important to winning performance. Andy Murray’s quote after his victory in the Australian Open Semi-Final gives us a glimpse into the mind of a real competitor and winner. Whatever the outcome in the final Murray is keeping his mental focus on what it will take to win not how to avoid defeat.
All the best in the final Andy, you make Scotland proud !
